Calm & Restore Meal Plan

Here’s a meal plan crafted to tame inflammation and bring balance back to your body. While inflammation is a natural immune response, daily stress and processed foods can turn it into a relentless force, impacting everything from energy levels and digestion to headaches and even chronic conditions like arthritis, heart disease, and obesity.

This plan is packed with powerful, inflammation-fighting ingredients like turmeric and omega-3s and excludes common inflammatory triggers like dairy, eggs, and soy. With every meal, you’ll be fueling your body to reduce inflammation, reclaim energy, and support overall health.

This program was carefully designed around four powerhouse nutrients, each with its own unique role in fighting inflammation and supporting overall health:

Polyphenols

Polyphenols are natural compounds that help control oxidative stress and inflammation, giving your cells an extra layer of protection. This plan includes polyphenols from delicious sources like dark chocolate, berries, apples, grapes, and oats. And with turmeric's polyphenol, curcumin, a proven anti-inflammatory, you’re getting powerful support for chronic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and even Alzheimer’s.

Fiber

More than just a digestive aid, fiber actively lowers C-reactive protein (CRP), a marker of inflammation, while promoting a balanced gut microbiome. This program includes up to 40 grams of fiber daily from fruits, veggies, legumes, and whole grains. With soluble fiber from oats, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and oranges, you’ll benefit from short-chain fatty acids, which have direct anti-inflammatory effects.

Antioxidants

Antioxidants like vitamins A and E are essential for cellular health and immune support, reducing oxidative stress and helping to control inflammation at a cellular level. This plan includes vitamin A-rich foods like sweet potatoes, carrots, and salmon, alongside vitamin E from healthy oils, nuts, and seeds, paired with healthy fats to maximize absorption and effectiveness.

Omega-3 Fats

Omega-3 fatty acids are inflammation-fighting champions, reducing the production of inflammatory mediators in the body. These healthy fats have a positive effect on conditions like obesity, diabetes, and even psychiatric or neurodegenerative disorders. With omega-3s from salmon, nuts, and seeds, this program is packed with the tools your body needs to decrease inflammation and support long-term wellness.

Each of these nutrients was selected to create a program that doesn’t just fuel you, it empowers you with a full-spectrum, inflammation-fighting approach to better health.
