Meet Your Guide
Mom and me
I’m Dawn, a registered nurse and certified care manager with experience across hospital, community-based, insurance, and care management settings.
I also know caregiving personally. I cared for my mother and later supported my aunt through advanced illness and hospice. I understand what it is like to be the person trying to hold everything together while learning a complicated system no one fully explained.
I created Manage with Care because families are often expected to make important decisions while tired, worried, and under pressure. This course gives you a practical way to understand what is happening, ask better questions, and move forward with greater clarity.
