About Dawn

I’m Dawn, a Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager with decades of experience helping individuals and families navigate complex healthcare needs.

My background includes direct patient care, case management, care coordination, healthcare leadership, and supporting families through hospitalizations, home care, hospice, rehabilitation, and changing care needs.

I also understand caregiving personally. I have helped manage complex care for members of my own family, which gave me an even deeper appreciation for how overwhelming it can be when families are expected to coordinate multiple providers, appointments, services, and decisions on their own.

That combination of professional experience and personal understanding is what led me to create Manage with Care.

My role is to help you see the whole picture, identify what needs attention, coordinate the moving pieces, and create a clearer path forward.
